Payload is the weight of the load the machine carries. GVW is the machine's own weight plus that load. On wide-body platforms the number in the model name usually refers to GVW: the 135 platform means 135 t GVW and 90 t payload. Treating the two as the same underestimates the fleet size required by roughly a third.

It depends on three things: elevation change on the haul route, the site's power and charging infrastructure, and shift length. A mine with significant elevation change and stable power is the strongest case for battery-electric, because much of the energy is recovered on the descent. A site running long shifts without charging infrastructure sits closer to range-extended. We calculate this from your site's actual data, not from a general recommendation.

For the supported fleet, consumables and spare parts are supplied with priority given to high-turnover items. Scheduled service is planned by operating hours, not by the calendar. Field service is provided within the geographic scope confirmed in each contract.

No single warranty period is generalised across the portfolio. Warranty terms and service duration are set and put in writing separately for each product and each contract. If you see a warranty figure attributed to every product, it did not come from us.

Because that figure conflicts across the available technical sources, or has not yet been confirmed. We would rather leave the field empty and give a definitive number in the technical proposal than publish one that later turns out to be wrong. Wherever this applies, it is explained on that page.

Yes, always. An attachment adds weight and moves the load centre forward; both reduce effective capacity. How much depends on the attachment's weight, the load-centre distance and the lift height, and must be calculated for that specific truck and that specific attachment. We show that calculation separately in every technical proposal.
