Service & Support

A machine is worth something only while it runs. Our job is keeping it running.

Service & Support

Our service model rests on one plain fact: every hour a machine stands idle costs money. So the support cycle starts at the site survey and runs through to parts and field service. What is listed on this page is what can actually be committed to — not a list written to fill a page.

Site survey and data capture

Measuring grades, haul distance, material density, shift count and the fuel and power infrastructure.

Analysis and configuration

Setting the capacity required, choosing between diesel, electric and range-extended, and specifying the technical configuration.

Supply, assembly and delivery

Import, assembly and delivery to the project contract's schedule and terms.

PDI, start-up and commissioning

Pre-delivery inspection, on-site start-up and operational handover of the fleet.

Training

Training operators, maintenance technicians and fleet managers on the model actually delivered.

Scheduled and preventive maintenance

A service plan driven by operating hours, not by the calendar.

Spare and consumable parts

Parts supply for the supported fleet, prioritising high-turnover items.

Field service

Dispatched teams and mobile units, within the geographic scope confirmed in each contract.

Warranty claim handling

Handled under the terms of that product and that contract — never generalised across the portfolio.

Financing facilitation

Introducing banking and leasing routes, subject to per-project assessment.

No single warranty period is generalised across the portfolio. Warranty terms and service duration are set and put in writing separately for each product and each contract.

Field service and active service centres are provided only within the geographic scope confirmed in each contract. Planned future network expansion is not presented as an existing network.

Request service, parts or training

Final specification and configuration will follow the technical proposal and the contract.
